Title: How To Report Admins - Format [UPDATED]

- Provide as much information/proof as possible.
- You must provide a valid proof when you are reporting an admin.
- Whoever doesn't follow this format will be punished.
- Do not spam, Do not make multiple threads. And use EDIT button instead.
- Do not report without any proof/evidence.
- Do not report without knowing the truth.
